We are coffee professionals with years of experience roasting coffees and operating a retail coffee bar.
We started roasting in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, in 2005. We recently renovated space for our roasting works in a building that was originally a garage facility for a regional linen supply company in the 1950’s. In the time since, our space was also used as an art studio, sign production facility, retail floral outlet, and recording studio.
We opened Stumbeano’s Coffee Bar in September 2014 in Fargo, North Dakota, first settling into downtown, Roberts Alley, in the basement of the Loretta Building. We closed that space June 2019 to relocate a few blocks northwest, on the edge of downtown.
We will soon be joining our friends at Fargo Brewing Company as they enhance their brewery to include food trucks, an updated tap room, a barber shop, a tattoo parlor, and our coffee bar!
While we roast coffee and spend most of our time doing that, we also enjoy working with our wholesale partners and serving the general public at special events either on location or at our roasting works or coffee bar.
Our import partner, Cafe Imports, works closely with Carmo Coffees in Brazil and pays a premium to help support the innovative CriaCarmo program.

We will provide 1-2 barista staff and enough product for one serving per person (allowing for an additional 10% to cover the unexpected). Beverages include espresso-based drinks (hot or iced), pour over or brewed coffees, teas, & steamers.
