From our friends at Cafe Imports, we learn more about this microdot coffee grown by Herminio Perdomo Romero:

“Herminio Perdomo Romero grows several varieties on 24 hectares at Finca Alto de los Santos, including Caturra, Catuai, Lempira, and IHCAFE 90. This coffee was picked ripe and depulped the following day, then fermented dry for 48 hours. it’s dried in solar driers for about 26 days.”
