Select, medium roast coffees from Central and South America and Indonesia. You’ll note some fruity and woodsy acidity, a little green pepper (but not too much), and a sweet, buttery mouthfeel.


Roasted for our friends at Nicholes Fine Pastry (visit their website here) this coffee is shared as their daily coffee to guests at their 8th street storefront in downtown Fargo, ND.
