Coffee notes: two different roast profiles of our favorite coffees from Central and South America. The first roast is lighter and a little savory with notes of dried clove and cane sugar. The second roast is infused with smoke from our dampening of the air flow during the end of the roasting cycle.
Grab your auger, your jig rod, and some chub and head out to the shanty for some fishin’ at your favorite Honey Hole! We had the Deer Camp this past fall and welcome the Shanty Blend, with similar roast profile and sweet, juicy, smokeyness.
