Description
We select various decafs throughout the course of the year, relying heavily on coffees from Brazil and Colombia (with the occasional Mexico or Peru). Each decaf will be Mountain Water Process or Ethyl Acetate Decaf, which means no harsh chemicals are used in the decaffeination procss.
