Deer Stand, Seasonal Blend 2023

Description

This is one of our most remembered and requested coffees, to the point where people are inquiring about it in July! We release it around the start of the Minnesota Deer Hunting Opener (all caps because it’s kind of a big deal around here). We’ll stock it for about a month.

For 2023, it is comprised of coffees from Mexico and Indonesia. Each coffee is roasted on its own, but when we roast part of the Mexican coffee, we turn the flame off near the end of the roast and shut off the exhaust fan to allow the end of the roast steam and smoke to infuse the coffee. We further the profile by roasting additional Indonesian coffee to a much lighter, vibrant roast profile.
