Deer Stand, Seasonal Blend 2026

Description

This is one of our most remembered and requested coffees, to the point where people are inquiring about it in July! We release it around the start of the Minnesota Deer Hunting Opener (all caps because it’s kind of a big deal around here). We’ll stock it for about a month.

For 2026, it is comprised of coffees from Colombia and Indonesia. As in previous iterations, each coffee is roasted on its own, but when we roast part of the Nicaraguan coffee, we turn the flame off near the end of the roast and shut off the exhaust fan to allow the end of the roast steam and smoke to infuse the coffee. We further the profile by roasting adding the Colombian coffee at a much lighter, vibrant roast profile.
